Why do mineral deficiency symptoms and vitamin deficiency symptoms happen?

Mineral deficiency symptoms and vitamin deficiency symptoms that lead to illness or disease will happen when our body lacks the essential nutrients it needs to function properly.

Prevent this from happening. Give what our body need and let the greatest physician of all -- our own body, do the healing. Does our body do healing? Yes it does! Remember when you had a cut, may be in your finger. You applied medication and bandaged it. Before you know it the cut healed. Your body healed the cut.

Our body can do healing when its basic nutritional needs are met on a daily basis. Otherwise our body will show mineral and vitamin deficiency symptoms and illness will occur.

There are those who believe that our soil is not depleted of minerals. To them I ask a question. If the food we take have the essential nutrients our body need for optimal health, why do mineral and vitamin deficiency symptoms occur? Won’t you say the reason is the depleted mineral soil plants are grown!

In 1992 Earth Summit in Brazil, scientists submitted records that soils worldwide are depleted of minerals.

Many well-respected scientists, researchers and medical professionals have established a relationship between essential nutrients and a wide variety of health conditions which afflict the human body. Additionally, extensive medical research, clinical and hospital studies have confirmed the effectiveness of essential nutrients to working with many of these health conditions.

Minerals are absolutely essential for good health. Scientists have established that minerals are indispensible for normal nutrition. What’s more, they’re even more important than vitamins! Lacking vitamins, the body can make some use of minerals, but lacking minerals, vitamins are useless! This discovery is one of the latest and most important revelations by science about human health. Research has shown a direct correlation between mineral deficiencies and illnesses.

For example, diabetes or hypoglycemia involves chromium, zinc and vanadium deficiencies, cancer and heart disease involve selenium, copper and more. Most everyone knows that osteoporosis involves a calcium deficiency, but fewer know about the need for magnesium and boron as well.

Minerals control the body’s ability to absorb, and use vitamins. And without minerals, vitamins have no purpose, and are quickly eliminated from the body.

Keep this in mind; many minerals require other minerals to be utilized fully in our body.

Life without minerals? Impossible! Did you know that proteins, enzymes and hormones are all formed from minerals? Minerals are the cornerstone of good health, all prevention and recovery programs.

If you are now supplementing your diet with vitamins and notice that there is no noticeable improvement, you now know that you require minerals for your vitamin supplement to work.

Science knows that plants can make amino acids. They can make most vitamins, and they can make varying amounts of essential fatty acids. But nothing can make a mineral!

If plants can’t make minerals, where do they come from? How did minerals get into the plant? Minerals will not get into the plants if they are not in the soil for plants to absorb. Plants absorb minerals found in soil. Through a process called photosynthesis, plants convert these precious minerals into organic colloidals that are easily absorbed by the human body. Colloidal minerals have a negative electrical charge and each particle is hundreds of times smaller than a metallic mineral.

Plants grown in soil with metallic minerals convert these metallic minerals, into organic plant derived colloidal minerals, the most absorbable form of minerals. Plants are the only living organisms that are able to make this conversion.

Expert chemists say the reason colloidals are non-toxic is because of their plant or vegetable source, and their negative electrical charge. For example, iodine in colloidal form is one of the elements essential for human cells. But, if you drink even 2-3 grains of free iodine, it would surely kill you.

In colloidal form, it is not only harmless, it is beneficial. The same is true for arsenic, lead, aluminum, and other minerals considered toxic.

Colloidals are microscopic-sized electrically charged particles. When absorbed by the body, colloidals act like a magnet, helping to pull broken-down cells into the bloodstream to be eliminated. Meanwhile, the body is replenished with nourishing life-enriching minerals.

Plants can only absorb the minerals found in the soil plants are grown. Plants cannot manufacture minerals not found in the soil. When plants absorb the minerals in the soil, plants deplete the soil of minerals, unless it is put back in the soil. It is like withdrawing money from the bank. Say, there is $100 to begin with. If $80 is taken out, $20 is left in the account. It will remain at $20 until a deposit is made to replenish the account. It is known that our soil is depleted of minerals.

Farmers put fertilizer to grow plants. Look at the ingredient in the fertilizer -- Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium (NPK). Only three have been put back into the soil. NPK fertilizer is all that is needed to get the maximum yield per acre. Plants will absorb it and those left in the soil plants are grown. If farmers put a bunch of other minerals on the soil, the product will have a high selling price to recoup his expenses. No one will buy his product and he will go out of business.

Colloids are liquid, they are 7,000 times smaller than a red blood cell (their small size makes it necessary to use an electron microscope to see them). They are all negatively charged, a unique feature of colloidal minerals. Their tiny size and negative charge give special properties of absorption into our body.

It is important to understand what the absorption problem is. The mucosal lining of our intestines is the barrier that minerals must cross to enter our body and into our blood stream. About one third of the American population has an allergy to wheat glutin (celiac disease) or cows milk albumin which causes serious changes in the physical properties of the intestinal lining and therefore malabsorption

The absorption of:
  • vitamin-mineral tablet what is called "Metallic Minerals" is 8-12%,
  • the health food industry had a problem in the late 70’s, they developed "chelated" minerals, wrapping amino acids or protein around the minerals helps the body metabolize them. This results in 40-60% absorption,
  • plant derived colloidal minerals has much better absorption of 98%. They are liquid. They have a small particle size. To give you a comparison: a red blood cell is 7 microns. A colloidal mineral particle is 0.01 micros (or less): that is 1/700th the size of a red blood cell.
Metallic minerals also known as elemental minerals or salts come from:
  • Oyster shell,
  • Calcium carbonate,
  • Limestone,
  • Clay,
  • Sea salts.
Metallic minerals are hundreds of time larger, and positively charged, which makes a big difference.
